The Celebration of Navratri Begins at SKS, Best School in East Delhi

Navratri, also called Durga Puja or Sharadotsav, is a Hindu festival celebrated in honour of Goddess Durga. The festival celebrates the triumph of good over evil and starts with an invocation to Goddess Durga for victory. Navratri is observed for nine days by fasting each day until the ninth day, when there are elaborate celebrations, including rituals and prayers dedicated to Maa Durga (Goddess). At the best school in East Delhi, we celebrate the festivals so that our little students are aware of the importance of the Navrati.
